Friendliness of staff, particularly the restaurant staff - always smiling, happy and very accommodating to the needs of Hotel patrons. Patrons being allowed to smoke in the restaurant at night - not conducive to fine dining and good health practices. |

Fabulous staff throughout. More hotels should be like this one, they make their guests feel welcome. Best hotel we have stayed in to date, great room and hotel facilities, very good food. Can't speak highly enough of the staff at this hotel. |

The location and excellent buffet breakfasts with a huge range of choices. Smoking in the hotel foyer!! This Hilton is nothing like other Hiltons we have stayed at, with our room being incredibly out-dated. |
